Participants of the exhibition in public space have been selected

International jury has chosen works by 15 artists from 11 countires for the exhibition in public space Territories, Borders, Check-points. The exhibition is part of the official programme of Riga Photomonth festival and will be seen from May 2 to 15 in JCDecaux advertising stands throughout the city of Riga.

Open call for the exhibition received more than 800 applications. The final selection was made by international jury: JH Engström, photographer and curator (Sweden), Louise Clements, artistic director of QUAD and FORMAT photo festival (UK), Salvatore Vitale, editor-in-chief of YET magazine (Switzerland), Rui Prata, director of HOP Helsinki Photofestival (Finland/Portugal), Andrei Liankevich, photographer and director of the Month of Photography in Minsk (Belarus), Jelena Brokane, JC Decaux Latvia CEO (Latvia), Andrei Bezukladnikov, editor of photographer.ru (Russia).
