Artist’s talk by Sara Skorgan Teigen

The artist Sara Skorgan Teigen has graduated from the Danish School of Art Photograpy Fatamorgana in Copenhagen and the International Centre of Photography in New York. The author claims that her works are a combination of ideas and observations. They are presentations of truth in a physical form. The photographer has always been interested in sociology and human nature. One of the central objects of interest is her own body that is being used in performative manifestations, taking various roles and looking for the answers to the questions that the artist finds crucial. Sara SkorganTeigen’s photographs have been exhibited in such shows and festivals as Paris PhotoRoma Photofestival (MACRO), Les Rencontres de la photographie in Arles and others.
